JP Surveyors was set up over 20 years ago by experienced Surveyors Paul Jackson and Justin Partridge who both have considerable expertise in residential and commercial building surveying gained in a variety of commercial roles in London and the Home Counties. Our specialist team has a wealth of experience surveying and valuing all types of property, from new-build developments and family homes to period properties, residential buy-to-lets and commercial office space.

We have a particular interest in historic properties and are Professionals, able to advise competently on Victorian homes, Edwardian homes and listed buildings. Our historic property surveys are specifically tailored to period architecture and features.
For private or business owners wishing to develop or maximise their existing property assets, we also provide specialist expertise in party wall matters and Schedules of Conditions.
